Guaranteed Best Rate By making a reservation through MyRoomIn, you possible rate for exceptional hotel rooms in Paris at the time of reservation. If another website offers the same reservation at a lower rate, please contact our customer service by email (hello@myroomin.com) or telephone (+1 (347) 270-8602). We will match this rate if the following conditions are met:

  • 1. You contacted our customer service immediately after making your reservation and provided complete information regarding the competing offer, including the link to the Web page displaying the offer and its exact rate.

  • 2. The lower rate can be reserved online and is still available when we verify it.

  • 3. The lower rate includes the same conditions as the rate you received through myroomin.com. Specifically: The same dates The same hotel The same room (or other accommodation) The same reservation conditions (breakfast options, cancellation policies, special offers, etc.) When you make a reservation through MyRoomIn, you modify your stay at no charge up to 3 days before the date of your arrival. If we cannot offer the lower rate because the above conditions have not been met, you retain your existing reservation, including the cancellation policy.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if:

  • 1. You make a reservation through a website that does not specify the type of accommodation until after you have made the reservation.

  • 2. You make a reservation using one or more advantages of this type: special rates for joining, frequent-customer discounts, loyalty points, or any other rewards programs or promotions offered by the establishment.

  • 3. You contacted us after arriving at the establishment.
