ART DECO // PRIVATE TERRACE // RETRO // SAINT GERMAIN DES PRES

Would you ever have believed you could invite friends over for wine on your own private terrace? In Paris? We should add that this room is in the heart of the literary area of Paris, so it's not so hard to imagine holding your own "salon" before going out to dinner...

On the terrace, rosemary, an olive tree and lilacs bloom in the spring. The ivory-colored chairs are equally suited to relaxing alone or cozy conversation.

As for the room, it has a view of a quiet little street, and the "sun" mirror over your bed will light up your nights! The wallpaper will keep you entertained too; its optical illusion design makes the walls look like they're made of corrugated gold!

Small living room with superb Art Deco console table and black and gold vases, just for a touch of luxury. Astonishing chandelier with glass beads. Austere and striking desk.

Bathroom with bathtub and pretty tiles on the floor. Separate water closet.

Private terrace at Odéon

Tips from Parisians

Stroll through the "Luco"
It's right nearby! How can you not go there?
No power walking here! Just a leisurely stroll through the lovely alleys of the Luxembourg Gardens. Be sure to watch the pétanque players – so quaint! And don't miss the beehives, or the fruit trees, or the planters full of flowers around the Médicis Fountain. If you're there in the spring, you're likely to happen upon an open-air concert. So very romantic...
Jardin du Luxembourg, entrance on the Rue de Vaugirard.

Artsy
Paris

What was once a village still retains its deeply INTELLECTUAL spirit. There are plenty of ART GALLERIES. Once the cradle of Parisian literature, today it draws a rather snooty crowd, but it's still a hangout of university PROFESSORS.

The local: on a bike, Le Monde under his arm.

Our room was luxurious and well appointed. The bed linens are just perfect and the room completely soundproofed. The staff are very attentive to the guests, it's really a great hotel, in the heart of Saint-Germain and near all major public transport.
