Tips from Parisians

A gourmet touch
This Asian restaurant, decorated by Philippe Starck, aptly bears the name "Bon" (good). On the menu, Asian-inspired gourmet dishes featuring the authentic flavors of Asia. The restaurant is divided up into distinctly different rooms, each with its own atmosphere: the wine room, the fireplace room, the library room... And there's the garden when the weather's nice.

The owner's secrets
Paris in a single word... Glorious! I particularly enjoy the cafés-crème and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont.
As a Breton, I find Parisian women to be proud and refined, and Parisian men to be energetic smooth-talkers. ;-)
The aspect of my line of work that I most enjoy is interacting with my clients and perfecting my methods through practice. My ideal client would be a traveler who shares his or her culture with us and is eager to learn about ours!
My secret hobby? Boating. My wildest dream? To travel through Asia on foot!

A ritzy RESIDENTIAL neighborhood! Silver spoon-fed youth and WELL-MANNERED grandparents walk their Labradors in the tree-lined side streets of this residential area where tourists rarely venture.

The local: Tod's shoes on the feet, a silk Hermès scarf around the neck.
